• It can also be used to stabilise aquarium water in soft water areas where there is no buffering capacity.
• Samoa Sand is very similar to coral sand and is also a very decorative aquarium substrate.
• Various particle and pack sizes available.
• Can be used in any marine or reef aquariums.
• Samoa gravel and sand are very calcareous.
For tropical or coldwater aquariums:
• In soft water areas only use small amounts to stop the pH from dropping naturally.
• Otherwise only use where a pH value of over 8.0 is required.
